After several months of negotiation we have reached an agreement with CEPREI (China Electrical Product Reliability and Environment Testing Research Institute http://www.ceprei.com/english) to co-establish, develop and expand QualiPSo Competence Center in China.

CERPEI is the largest testing and research institute in China, and direct subsidiary of Ministry of Industry and Information. CERPEI has national wide presence in China with more than 12 branches.

CERPEI agrees to work with us in the following areas:

• Endorse and extend QualiPSo research results in China
• Provide FOSS certify and labeling services
• Deploy QualiPSo results to mission critical industrial environment

The strategic involvement of CERPEI will be a great help to our initiative to

• Disseminate QualiPSo to China nation wide
• Establish, grow and ensure the sustainability of the Compentece Center in China
• Extend QualiPSo to ongoing FOSS strategic research, especially in key areas like OSS in industrial environment.
