This document contains the detailed specification of requirements for the second iteration of the advanced documentation and information management tools.

The main objectives for this second iteration of tools are:

• Extraction and updating the data from the information sources, synchronising with the semantic repository
• Automatic data correlation between different information sources based on tags with predefined formats and criteria
• Definition of the required interfaces in order to integrate the data extractors with QualiPSo [ESB] in future iterations
• Expansion to new information sources as data sources
• Revision of the current ontologies in order to adapt them to new information sources and to support the correlation between data
• Definition of specialized use cases in order to offer new specific advanced search tools
