This course is about the user guide of the conceptual search tool called “Qualipso Concept Search” this tool is a web application which allows to carry out search taking into account the concepts the user isreferring to when he writes the query. Furthemore, it also allows to view the content of the elements returned in the result set and to search elements similar to one given.
Firstly the course describes how to install the tool, and its interface is presented. Finally, the course describes the procedures related to the use of the tool, explaining the main characteristics of the available search functionalities and the behaviour of the tool.
In summary, the course covers:

  • tool installation
  • interface description
  • how to use it

According with this view the course includes three lessons:

  • Conceptual Search Installation
  • Conceptual Search User Guide: User Interface and Task Description
  • A test is also part of the course.
